Equally stunning is the privacy offered from where this home sits; no other properties look over the water side of this property, it's truly, truly private. This is a two story home with one story living if desired; the primary suite - featuring a large walk-in closet and five piece bath with a soaking tub - kitchen, living and dining rooms are all on the main level. Upstairs has three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. Every room in the house except for three have water views! You will love a full, massive side-to-side deck, and don't miss the large, flat backyard for loved ones, pets and gardening. The home also features a 2-car garage with additional shop space. Here you are a member of the Seahurst Community Club (buyer to verify) with access to your private beach within a five minute walk, from where you can turn the walk into a miles long hike into Seahurst Park.
